"CREEPING DEATH"

Save:   vs. spell for 2/3 damage    Duration: 1-3 hours

This spell calls forth the darkest powers of the undead to rot the flesh
from the target's body.  When successful, this dark magik will afflict
your victim with an ongoing decay that gradually destroys them.

The spell can only be used on the living (no undead, ethereal, or otherwise
non-living targets).  The effects of this spell can be removed with a
regeneration spell (or time will heal if you survive long enough...)

Resistance to necrotic attacks will reduce damage from this spell as well
as the chances of it afflicting ongoing decay.

Decay damage is 20 + <casting level>/2 and a reduction to stamina.

Usage: creeping <target>
